Prestige German Cars is an established independent vehicle specialist based in South Shields, providing a comprehensive range of vehicle services, including diagnostics, servicing, repairs and vehicle sales.

Founded in 2003 by Jon Morgan, an ex-BMW Master Technician, Prestige German Cars began as a small one-bay workshop. Over the past 23 years, the business has grown through a strong reputation for quality workmanship, specialist knowledge and excellent customer service.

Today, Jon and Lorraine Morgan continue to run the business alongside a highly skilled and experienced team of fully trained technicians, with over 50 years of combined experience.

Our seven-bay workshop provides a complete range of garage services six days a week, specialising in BMW, MINI, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, SEAT and Å koda. We also have the expertise and equipment to service and maintain modern hybrid and electric vehicles, keeping pace with the latest developments in automotive technology.

We pride ourselves on providing a professional and personal service, combining specialist technical expertise with the high standards our customers expect. From routine servicing and diagnostics to complex mechanical repairs and specialist hybrid and electric vehicle maintenance, our experienced team is committed to keeping your vehicle maintained to the highest standard.

Quality assurance. Buy with confidence
All of our vehicles have full service histories and are HPI clear. Before purchase, we will service your car, according to the RAC 82 point preparation check, and we always include 12 months MOT.
Most of our vehicles are sold with a minimum of 3 months warranty, giving you peace of mind. We also offer the option to extend your warranty cover for up to 2 years at a discounted price.

We welcome part exchange trade-ins. To get your trade in value, simply send us the details of your vehicle, including; the make, model, milage and history.

If you are interested in one of our vehicles but have outstanding finance on your existing vehicle then we can discuss your settlement options with you.

The garage is RAC approved we are a member of Motor, IMI registered, Trading Standard Institute (CTSI) approved and adhered to the Driving Standard Agency (DSA) regulations.
